Step 4: Confidence
Achieve confidence in new technology through preceptorships/proctorships (small group or one-on-one) and advanced clinical and practice management support

• Work with a highly skilled bariatric surgeon in a preceptorship or proctorship program
• Register for REALIZE® Solutions events and learning modules

• Focus on clinical data and surgical technique for performing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy
• Designed for advanced laparoscopic bariatric surgeons currently performing stapled bariatric procedures and working in a Center of Excellence or a practice that utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to obesity management

EXAMINATION OF COMPLEX LAPAROSCOPIC SLEEVE GASTRECTOMY

• Focus on handling complex cases and complications associated with laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy
• Designed for advanced laparoscopic bariatric surgeons who have performed at least 25 laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy procedures and work in a Center of Excellence or a practice that utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to obesity management

EXAMINATION OF REVISIONAL BARIATRIC SURGERY

• Review surgical techniques for revision of bariatric surgical procedures with an emphasis on the science of stapling
• Designed for bariatric surgeons who are currently performing a minimum of two types of weight loss surgery and work in a Center of Excellence or a practice that uses a multidisciplinary approach to obesity management

REALIZE® BAND TRAINING
