Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. supports the communities in which it works and lives. If you have a charity you think we'd be interested in, please let us know. To be considered, the charity needs to:

• Align with our vision: Transforming patient care through innovation.
• Help disease prevention through early detection and treatment of childhood obesity, colorectal cancer, breast cancer and diabetes.
• Build the workforce skills of people with a passion for serving community health needs.
• Improve access to care and make patients better advocates of their own healthcare.

Requests for funding should be submitted through our website. To be considered and allow processing time, please submit your requests a minimum of six weeks prior to your event. All requests should include:

• Name of your organization
• A 501(c) 3 organization
• Date of event
• Name, title and phone number of a contact person
• Requested dollar amount
• Intent of the fund distribution

Unfortunately, we don’t accept proposals from non-501(c) 3 status organizations, religious or political organizations, bricks-and-mortar projects or from Hospitals or local clinical organizations.
